Can I call you to place my order?

Woof woof yes. Please call in your orders to our distribution center at 866-281-5620. We are in the office Monday through Friday 9am-4pm MT; feel free to leave a message if you get our secure voicemail. 

What’s the story with declined credit cards? I mean, it can happen to anyone.

If your card is declined, we will send an email (to the address associated with the declined order) to let you know. We do not have access to your full credit card number and ask that you call us at 866-281-5620. with your credit card information. Our pawsitively happy customer service team will then be able to quickly and safely process your credit card. We do not recommend emailing credit card information - as email is not a secure form of communication. Your privacy is important to us and therefore no credit card information is saved with your account.

Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.

I sort of want free shipping; is there a coupon or something for that?

Free ground shipping on all retail orders over $55! Does not apply to orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International). We’re sorry, but this cannot retroactively apply to past orders.

When will I get my order?

Your order takes 1-3 business days to process, though we do our best to be as quick as possible. Once our common carrier picks up the package, it takes 1-5 business days for orders to be delivered. You’ll get a notification once the order is pulled and packed and shipped.

In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add the 3-5 business days to the number of business shipping days listed below. 

How long will it take after my order leaves our warehouse?

5 business days: WA

Please do not count the following as business days when you are estimating delivery dates: January 18 (Martin Luther King Day), February 15 (President's Day), May 30 (Memorial Day), September 5 (Labor Day), November 24 (Thanksgiving!), December 25 (Christmas), New Year's Eve Day and January 1.

Return and Exchanges

Our top priority is providing our customers and their pets with the best product we can, plain and simple.

Returns will be exchanged or credited for the original price paid. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the receipt. To process your return, please Email Us and include your name, address, phone number and invoice number, along with a description of the products you would like to return. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
